Felt some very cold weather, cold enough to freeze some water

I never did like solar lights, they never were intended to be much more than a marker, but they are worse than useless in the snow

Added hit counter. It still amazes me how many people do not read what is written in front of them. On the contact me page it says

Please also let me know where you are in the world

If you don't then I will not reply)

I still get people who email me and do not say where they are. oh .well.

After all these years, I am only now understanding why so many "water gardening" magazines have been and gone.

You  try it, you have to come up with some thing new every month, that's every month of every year, you also try asking the readers to send in their opinions / suggestions and what do you get? nothing or not a lot. I am grateful to those who have sent something in, but they are usually one offs, so if you want to add some thing why not send it in?

I had some nice comments in June, but nothing since, I think I will call it quits at the end of this month unless some one sends some thing.

The end of August has arrived, had a nice comment in the guest book, but its not enough, I will hopefully see you all next year, Have a great Christmas. Martin.
