Do you know why they look different? Its because the 2nd picture was taken using the camera's FLASH. The flash being white "wipes out" all the colour.

In some instances the picture will be all black, this is because the camera was expecting to see something lit by its flash, but the flash is too weak to light anything that far away.

So when ever you want to take a picture of a fountain Or anything else that has lights, please don't use flash.
